Rod is a retired Geek who was there when the Internet was invented. He has some of the original websites built and running back in the day. He owned and built a business in the 90's and sold it before the .com crash.

Rod sold and installed some of the first LANs (Novell, Banyan) in the world and used to sell the NeXT computer and the first Macintosh systems. Rod had a lunch with Steve Jobs at his NeXT factory site one time (BusinessLand). Steve was as brilliant, and arrogant, as you've heard. Rod worked for Microsoft for a few years and did Program Management for decades along with consulting. This led to a lifelong interest in Tech.

Now my time is spent working with AI systems and building apps for people. It's a lot of fun! I'm just astonished by what I can do with these new tools. The joy and the fear, it's all part of working on the edge. That's what I do in Retirement, what do you do?
